- How are my project costs determined and my proposal prepared?
Each project is unique and has different associated costs. Generally a detailed site consultation is completed, including photos, measurements, and client involvement to determine your projects scope and needs.
- Does Irons Brothers Construction perform commercial remodeling and/or renovations?
Yes, we have completed several commercial projects including renovations of office spaces, retail businesses, and multifamily housing. For more information see our Commercial services page.

We consider these projects hybrids. This is when a client participates in the construction process by supplying designs, materials, or labor on a specific portion of their project.
- Does Irons Brothers Construction do small and custom projects?
Yes, we have a small projects division which completes these tasks such as door and window installation and minor handyman repairs. Our professionals can also handle your custom design and detail needs too.
- Does Irons Brothers Construction provide a warranty?

Yes, Irons Brothers Construction has always been committed to and incorporates green practices into every project. See our Green Practices section for more information.
- Does Irons Brothers Construction provide free estimates?
We provide an initial complimentary in-office or phone consultation. Onsite consultations are fee based and by appointment. The cost is determined by your project location. Onsite consultation appointments are typically 60-90 minutes with one of our expert remodel professionals and include detailed measurements, photos, and client discussion.
