Curb-less showers, handrails, accessory /grab-bars, step-less grade changes, and special positioning of electrical outlets are just a few of the features incorporated into a Universal Design or Aging in Place remodel. The design resulting from this new way of building is very attractive even to the youngest of us. When done right, your Aging in Place remodel will allow you to enjoy your home for many years, and also create inviting and gracious spaces. Most American homeowners want to continue living in their home throughout their maturing years.
